Upcoming AI model that enables Google Lens to decode doctor’s handwriting

The new feature was demonstrated during the annual Google conference in India.

Google Lens will decipher hard-to-read notes and prescriptions, highlighting medicaments. Working with pharmacists Google is still fine-tuning the tool. The company hasn`t yet announced details on when it expects to officially release the tool.

Google Lens is an AI-powered image recognition technology that can identify objects and show relevant search results. It can already copy and paste handwritten notes from phone to computer. Doctor`s difficult-to-read handwriting is a challenging task to solve.
